Together Forever

The earth was simple

The sun shined brighter than anything
People rejoiced the sun which brought them so much joy and warmth

But he was lonely, all by himself in the vast skies.
Looking down at the people and their happiness, he thought that was the price he paid for being the brightest

Then there was Moon.

When the sun began to disappear she would rise into the sky, flanked by millions of stars.
But her radiance was a sad kind of beauty, one that went unnoticed as everyone slept.

The stars watched them, hoping that one day they could get close, but they couldn’t.

The moon and the sun were always untouchable

Until one day when the Sun of the heavens, caught a glimpse of her.

While the Sun could shine, he knew the Moon could glow, and there was a faithful whisper around the sky and the galaxy about the moon and the sun.

But only the moon and the sun knew in the sky that they were untouchable. Uncurable. Unfreeable.

You illuminate the day, and I cast a glow on the night. Our connection would never go against all the believes, all they know.”

“Don’t you dare abandon your blessing of light for my darkness.” whispered the moon to her sun, for us the “thy” exist if the simple earth exists.

And till then eternal moon and Sun lived happily forever
